The first is a napkin ring !  It would add brilliance to your table.

もうひとつは、帯留です。水引なら、気軽に配色の違いを楽しめますね。

The second is Obidome, or an ornament on Obi-sash.  With mizuhiki string work, you can easily give variety to your kimono style. In the course two types of cords are available for adjusting the size of the piece.
