#3 渋谷‐目黒天空庭園： Meguro Sky Garden-Shibuya

B/W: ハーイ、komorebiのスニーカーズ、ブルーとホワイトだよ。さっそくお散歩に出かけよう。ビーズもつけて準備オッケー。第3回は渋谷から少し歩いて目黒天空庭園。
B: ここは国道246号沿い。見上げると首都高速。で、庭園は――
W: 高速の上。まずエレベーターで9階まで行って、お散歩開始。
B: うわあ、道路があんなに下に見えるね。なんでこんなに高いところに庭園を？
W: 高さの違う２つの高速道路を限られた場所で繋ぐには、螺旋状の坂道にするのが一番だったんだって。その屋上や真ん中のスペースを公園や広場にしたわけ。
B: そうか。この下に車が。なんだか不思議な気分だな。
W: そうだね。工事の様子の説明や、模型の展示も見られるよ。
B: とりあえず、高いところを歩くのは、気持ちいいね。わぁ、富士山も見えるのか。
W: 運がよければね。街を上から見るのも面白いよね。
B: 見てよ、この植木鉢。立派な松が植わってて、ジャンボサイズの盆栽だ！
W: うまいこと言うね、ブルー。
B: あの赤い花――
W: あれは、サルスベリ、こっちはハマナス。
B: ホワイトよく知ってるね。あっ、ここは何となくわかった。畑じゃないこれ？ ほらトウモロコシ。
W: 当たり！ 
B: 向こうの木は、袋がたくさんついてるけど？
W: ブドウの木。ここではワイン作りに使うブドウを栽培してるんだよ。年々収穫量が増えて、秋の収穫祭では、そのワインが飲めるんだって。
B: へえ、いいねえ。
W: いいよね。目黒といえば、サンマが有名だけど、ワインも名物になるかもね。
B: 帰りは歩いて下まで降りようよ。
W: OK。庭自体のゆるい傾斜で、もう5階まで降りてきているんだよ。国道のところまで、すぐだよ。
B: あっという間だね。
W/B: それでは、皆さん、次回をお楽しみに。
Ｂ／Ｗ： Hi, it’s us, Blue & White. The pair of pairs of sneakers of komorebi. Let’s go out. We’re ready with sneaker beads on. Today we start from Shibuya and stroll in Meguro Sky Garden.
B: So here we are by the route 246. Right next to the junction of two Metropolitan Expressways. And the garden is—
W: High up there, so first we take the elevator to the 9th floor and start strolling.
B: OMG, route 246 is there down under. Why is the garden built on such a high place?
W: To join two highways of different heights in a limited space, the best way was spiral slopes. They built a building which covers the slopes and open its rooftop and the center space to the public.
B: Oh I see. Under my feet, running the cars. Feels weird.
W: Yeah. You can see the explanation on the construction and the model if you like.
B: Well, anyway, it feels nice to walk high up. Wow, it says we can see Mt. Fuji, too!
W: If we’re lucky. But it’s fun to see towns from high above.
B: Look at this flower pot! With a big pine tree, it’s a jumbo bonsai!
W: Bingo, Blue!
B: That red flower―
W: It’s crape myrtle, and this is ramanus rose.
B: You really know the plants, White. Oh, this place, I can guess. It’s a vegetable garden. There I saw a corn!
W: Bingo, again!
B: Then what the trees beyond? There are many paper bags on it.
W: Grape trees for wine. The yield increased every year, they say. We can taste the wine in autumn festival.
B: Sounds nice.
W: Doesn’t it? Meguro is famous for saury but perhaps wine would be its specialty.
B: Shall we walk down to the ground?
W: Why not. We’ve been coming down to the 5th floor level, by the natural slope of the garden. We’ll get to route 246 shortly.
B: It’s such an easy trip.
W/B: So, see you next time!
